Wikichance Terms & Conditions

Who we are and what this agreement covers

Wikichance is operated by Windward Circle B.V., licensed by the Curaçao Gaming Authority under licence number OGL/2024/1135/0484. When you open an account, deposit funds or place a wager, you accept these Terms in full.

Read them carefully. They form a binding contract between you and us. Where a point is not addressed here, our published promotion rules, game rules and Privacy Policy apply in addition. If any conflict arises, the specific rule for a given promotion takes precedence over this general document.

Bonuses and wagering

Our promotions are optional. Take them, or decline them and play with real cash only.

Each offer carries its own conditions — match percentage, maximum bonus, free-spin count, minimum qualifying deposit and expiry. Most casino bonuses carry a wagering requirement of 40x the combined bonus plus deposit and expire 21 days after being granted. A maximum bet applies while a bonus is active; for the welcome offer this is C$18 or 5% of the granted bonus, whichever is lower. Games contribute differently to wagering: slots typically count 100%, roulette 10%, and live casino, blackjack, video poker, baccarat and multi-player tables 0%. Attempting to clear a bonus through risk-free or irregular betting patterns may lead to the forfeiture of bonus funds and related winnings.

Fair play and prohibited conduct

We expect honest play. You agree not to use bots, collusion, automated software, exploits or any method designed to gain an unfair advantage.

Fraud, chargeback abuse, false identity details and attempts to circumvent regional or age restrictions are all grounds for suspension. We may void bets affected by obvious errors, malfunctions or mispriced markets. Gamble within your means, and use our deposit limits, time-outs and self-exclusion tools whenever you need them. Support is free and confidential through our responsible gambling resources, and ConnexOntario is available 24/7 on 1-866-531-2600 or via responsiblegambling.org.

Dormant accounts and closure

You may close your account at any time by contacting support. We will return any withdrawable balance once verification is complete.

An account with no login, deposit, withdrawal or wager for a prolonged period may be classed as dormant. Where permitted, an administrative fee may be applied to dormant balances; we will notify you first where we hold valid contact details. We may suspend or close an account for breach of these Terms, regulatory reasons or at our reasonable discretion, in which case verified real-money balances remain payable to you.

Liability, complaints and governing rules

We provide our services on an "as available" basis. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, nor for interruptions caused by third-party providers, connectivity faults or events beyond our control.

Have a complaint? Raise it first with our support team, who will acknowledge and investigate it. If you remain dissatisfied, you may escalate the matter to the Curaçao Gaming Authority, our regulator. These Terms are governed by the laws applicable to our licence in Curaçao. We may revise this document to reflect legal, operational or commercial changes; the current version is always published here, and material changes will be communicated where appropriate. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised Terms.

Eligibility and who may register

You must be at least 19 years of age to use Wikichance. Why 19? Because that is the legal minimum gambling age across most of Canada, and we apply it to all players here.

You also confirm that online gambling is lawful where you live and that you are acting on your own behalf, not for a third party. You may hold one account only. Duplicate, shared or company accounts are not permitted, and we may close any additional accounts and void related winnings. Keep your login details private; you are responsible for all activity under your credentials. If you suspect unauthorised access, tell us at once through our support channels.

Deposits, withdrawals and identity checks

The minimum deposit is 20 CAD. We settle accounts in Canadian dollars and accept a broad set of methods, including Interac, Visa, Mastercard, Skrill, Neteller, MuchBetter, MiFinity, bank wire and selected cryptocurrencies such as BTC, BCH, ADA and DOGE.

Before we release a withdrawal, we are required to verify who you are. This Know Your Customer (KYC) process may ask for government photo ID, proof of address and confirmation of the payment method you used. We may also request source-of-funds documentation where anti-money-laundering obligations apply. Withdrawals are normally returned to the same method used to deposit, so far as that is possible. Pending or incomplete verification can delay a payout; please respond promptly to any request.
